How to request account deletion

1. Send an email from your registered email address to:

   pvtdgtechsolutions@gmail.com

2. Use subject line: Delete my Krushna Dairy account
3. Include your full name and phone number (if registered in the app).
4. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

Alternatively, contact your dairy administrator who manages your account—they can request deletion on your behalf.

Data that will be deleted

• Account credentials (email/login)
• Profile information (name, phone, address)
• App preferences and session tokens
• Customer-specific orders and delivery history linked to your account (where applicable)

Data that may be kept

• Transaction and billing records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years, as required by law)
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
• Backups may retain data for up to 90 days before permanent removal

Partial data deletion (without deleting account)

To update or correct profile information, use the app settings or contact your dairy administrator. To request deletion of specific data without closing your account, email pvtdgtechsolutions@gmail.com with details of what you want removed.
